Dr. Lynn Rossy focuses on two main areas – mindful eating and mindful movement. She developed and researched a ten week mindful eating program called Eat for Life that helps you have a better relationship with your food, your body, and your life. She teaches it live, online over Zoom, three times a year to the general public and to professionals wanting to learn to teach mindful eating. She teaches Kripalu yoga and Energy Medicine yoga (EMYoga) locally in Columbia, MO and internationally at Pura Vida Spa and Retreat in Costa Rica. In her classes, workshops, and retreats she has an inspirational and engaging style of presenting that will capture the hearts and minds of any audience. Her deep understanding of mindfulness and yoga enables her to impart its value to people who have never heard about it before as well people who are well versed in it.
